A psychiatrist is available one morning a week at the office to see patients. The social worker completes a psycho/social evaluation beforehand. The doctor may evaluate, diagnose, write prescriptions and adjust medications. The evaluations are also used for housing and benefit applications where the doctor also must sign off to the need. These services are no charge to the client.
